Our commitment

The measures in place are based on the content of the tools published by the CNESST as well as on the recommendations of the Institut national de santé publique (INSPQ):

StoneHaven Le Manoir undertakes to disinfect the common areas on a regular basis, as stipulated by the INSPQ standards;
Our team has received training on the measures related to the new health standards;
Hydroalcoholic gel is available throughout the establishment;
We have determined the different steps an employee must follow in case of symptoms;
The reception team is trained to assist a client with symptoms in order to direct them to the right resources;

Wash your hands regularly with warm water and soap;
Disinfect your hands regularly using the hydroalcoholic gel provided throughout the establishment;
Wear a mask is at the discretion of each individual;
Feeling sick or feverish? It will be our pleasure to assist you in postponing your stay to a better time;
Your symptoms appear while you are with us? We invite you to refer you to our reception team;
