Originally from Calais, Clément Hamy grew up in the fishing ports where his father worked. Helping out in the family business, he quickly developed a passion for the exceptional products of his homeland, which led him to choose the profession of chef. Thanks to rigorous training and a wealth of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and Relais & Châteaux hotels, the new chef perfected his art and decided to cross the Atlantic in search of new challenges. In 2024, Clément Hamy joins the StoneHaven team as Executive Chef, with a mission to help you discover the treasures of the region, while defining what “Laurentian” cuisine is all about.
